Initial Contact
Initial contact with Zontik Games is the first step. We are fortunate to have a loyal set of customers, as most of our work (some 76%) comes by way of recommendation. Our new clients may have seen our mention in a magazine editorial or blog post (make sure to visit our press section), or simply searched.
The design
The process of creating a CustomDeluxe game begins with game design and choosing the specifications. As a company we have vast experience in games and of functional game design, but to create the perfect game, customer input is essential. Colors, styles and textures are very personal. Each project and each game are as individual as our clients. Function and beauty need not be separate ideals, and whilst most clients want the "wow" factor, the positioning and specification of all items in a design is just as important as its "playability".
The manufacture
Each project is different and generally materials are purchased to individual requirements. We hold stocks of most leathers, fabrics and boards as we prefer to manage material quality ourselves. Maximum attention is given to the handmade detail of our games and "Can't do" is not within our normal vocabulary. Our ethos has always promised provide a high-touch experience and perform to the best of our ability, from initial contact to the after-sale care. As part of our dedication, we always endeavour to carry out the design through to delivery with the least possible disruption. We aim to maintain a high level of referral, and to this end will not walk away from problems, even after delivery.
